Boise & SLC office Zayo network outage.
SLC office has been failed over to backup connections and remains functional.
Boise office remains down. Boise employees recommended to WFH using VPN to Tempe.
***May 19th, 2023 - 8pm AZ / 9pm SLC***
Networking equipment in our Data Center will be rebooted, with a possible down time of up to 1 hour.
During this time All Citrix Apps may be unavailable.
May, 4th, 2023 - There is a current issues with Public DNS that is causing Issues with the VPN, Inbound Emails, and the Okland.com site.
For the VPN, please try both options VPN AZ, and VPN SLC.

The Aruba/Wireless system has maintenance scheduled to be done at this time and may last 1 1/2 hours.
During this time Aruba Wireless at all Okland Locations will be down.
1/13/2023 - UKG Not Working
UKG Support has been contacted and the issue is being worked on. Estimated time till fixed is ASAP. As this is a known issue and being worked on, there is no need to send in a support ticket at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The DataCenter has some maintenance scheduled to be done at this time and last 30 minutes.
During this time O Drive, Remote Time, P6, Destini, Datamart, PlanSwift, Timberline, and OST connections will lose Access while the system is being worked on.
